Nice support team, They call and remind you of car service in case of free service of new car, after that they call to confirm whether there is any issue. Service wise they are very reliable. I just hate the location of they showroom which is in a very crowded area, one had to come from either from DHA-5 or ring road service lane.

Really rude behavior in dealing with customers relating vehicle booking. Bad access, no parking for customers and even worse behavior. Showroom allocated by Suzuki regional office for delivery otherwise would never visit there. [Update] Appreciate your concern here. However Suzuki regional office sorted out things for me.

Review

They have 24 hours service available if your car is broken at any location. The amount charged depends on the distance of the broken car from Suzuki Cant Motors. Charges are normal but at night, the amount charged is higher than normal amount. And also, it took them about 3 to 4 hours to come after calling them 3 to 4 times. According to them, Saturdays are the busiest. The mechanics can be more trained/pracice. I would suggest you guys to give them a call if your car is broken on the road. In that case, they have certain ways of charging customers and not the "majboori ka faida" kind of people.
