Review

Like all other workshops/showrooms of Suzuki company; this one is also not a perfect one. But in Karachi almost 50% cars on the road belong to Suzuki so they perform or not; the rush of the poor customer will not reduce.. So why should they worry about improving their services?

Very very poor customer service and worst car checking and do not solve the problem of car correctly .. fault appears again in 2-4 days... Such a waste of money to go in Suzuki ig motors...

No after sale service they are only talking about this but when you complaint regarding any thing they always so we will look after this but at the end of the day every thing will be same.

When i reached there my car was not ready although i told them that i m coming.. not very much friendly staff.. also put a big sticker of their brand on my new car without my permission.. thats pathetic.

There paint workshop is not good and efficient. Felt I wasted my money on repair of my car.
