They have good service and friendly and cooperative staff. Quality of their repair and maintenance service is standardized and monitored by the Suzuki officials. Their follow up to their customers is a good and unique feature. The only demerit in my opinion is that they are a bit expensive than the local market.

Its a good place for Suzuki cars routine maintenance but for any mechanical work its very costly. I have observed recently that they have to increase check and balance to to retain credibility.
