I should not even give them 1 star. Their systems of working and moving forward with customer is so slow, painful and unprofessional that I'm amazed how do their business survived so far. What a slow system and selfish and careless behaviour of staff in dealing customers on phone. When you are in front of them then they have fake and meaningless smiles on their faces and when you go away, their objective is fulfilled. I have made mistake to purchase Suzuki wagon R from Motor House Mall Road, and now 3 weeks have passed to date that is 12.09.2017, I am unable to get Number Plates and documents and my car is parked in house for more than 3 weeks. Instead of following me up by dealership like other companies do, i am constantly following them on every day basis and every time I receive the same answer that please check and ask us in evening or we will tell you and in evening it is told please contact tomorrow. What a none sense and stupid people are out there.
