Hotel is located inside the Mingora city over a very busy road at Makan bagh.You will hear good amount of noise of traffic including Rickshaws playing between city and Said sharif. More over there is a nulla flowing beside hotel and spread smell off and on all though management has a glass wall covering that side. Rooms are small. Beddings are used but appears to be cleaned as felt no bad smell from pillow cover or blanket. Restaurant is operative can give general range of curries. Standard breakfast is available. Room service is fine. Room rent is affordable. Car parking is not available. You have to park your vehicle on the road. However guard is there inside the main door.

Car parking is compromised, surroundings are not welcoming because of its congested environment. No outdoor space is available.
