The best hotel in swat. Unfortunately, this Serena does not meet the standards of parent chain. You may face bunch of mosquitoes in beautifully decorated bedrooms.

We stayed in rooms 109, 110, 111, 112 and these were very comfortable. Good space, clean carpets, sofas, bedsheets, etc. Good quality spring mattress, clean washrooms, high roofs making the rooms cool. Good air conditioning all made the living quarters extremely comfortable. They also have good quality food that they serve in the restaurant. Excellent for families with children. Their staff is very hospitable and polite. The big gardens with swings make it an excellent place for children to love. They also have recreational facilities like Swimming Pool, Gym, table tennis, caram, badminton, etc. I would fully recommend this place as a stopover when going to northern side or even when planning to visit Swat.

Excellent place to stay while you plan a trip with family or friends. Peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Breakfast more than awesome. Everything ordered from restaurant was perfect in taste and hygiene. Staff is very much supportive and friendly. Strongly recommended

I will start with the only good thing they have: 1.) the staff. The staff was really friendly and assisted us and made us feel comfortable. 10/10. All the bad things: 1.) no warm water in the shower. 2.) showers stopped working during a shower. 3.) the carpets were so dirty 4.) curtains were disgusting. 5.) the mattresses had bed bugs in them. Repulsive. 6.) the breakfast was not fresh at all. 7.) just an overall disappointment.

Loved the classic heritage feel to the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the decor aesthetically done (esp loved the table linen!). The lawns were well kept and was a treat to walk around. The dining services at the Suvastu restaurant need work as the hotel personnel appear to be under staffed. Overall, it was a good experience. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Very good hotel overall. Although the flush seat was broken. When asked for tea at six we were told that the restraunt opens at 6:30. When called at the opening time they told tea would reach. Then we got a call at 7:30 wether or not we want tea?!! No more complaints and food was also good. But pls improve the above given complaints
