Rooms are average standard but neat and clean. Bedding is also tidy and neat. Staff is well behaved and cooperative. Food is also good. All rooms are river side. View from room terrace is just awesome. Do negotiate when room occupying. View of Sunrise from rooftop is heartbreaking....

Excellent view of the place. Reasonable rates. No hot water. Food is great.

Gr8 view but rooms need updating badly. Staff very friendly indeed feel bad abt pain given to guest by owner.

I gave it one star just because I wanted to write a review for it otherwise it doesn't even deserve this one star...We has planned to stay in this hotel and booked for days 11th to 18th of july. They asked all our details and confirmed that a room is booked for us within all these days. We had booked this room 20 days before the 11th of july. During these days we called them again and again to confirm our booking so that we wouldn't face any inconvenience on the very last day. As we were all new to swat too, we couldn't find the places easily and instead of a journey of 5-6 hours from islamabad, it took us at least 10 hours. We were all really tired and I had my children with me too who were so tired they were sleeping throughout the trip. When we finally reached the hotel with relief that we would finally rest, they refused to accept the fact that we had already booked in advance and said that there are no more rooms. When asked to speak to the responsible person with whom we had booked with, they said that he was not here and that his number is also off and no idea when he would come. We were really disappointed and had to bear the pain and consequences of searching for hotel rooms that were not occupied when we were already very tired. I had to say this is not what I expected as I read the reviews which were really good and in result (for the last time) we had booked a room here. Never again.

Every thing is great And the view is awsome But the food is just ok

Executive rooms on ground floor and first floor are good. Ground floor rooms are without Air-conditioning but fans are sufficient. Good outdoor dinning with traditional good available on order.

The view of the restaurant was very beautiful and lovable especially dinning area but the food quality was very poor and tasteless.In our visit we order chicken ginger,white chicken handi, Russian salad ,macroni salad and some other supplements.But all dishes were very tasteless and the quantity was also low and reduced. We pay more but received very less. In a nutshell, I recommend this place only for light breakfast bcz the view is enjoyable but not recommend for a lunch or dinner 🍽️. Thank you 🙂

While coming back from Kalam early morning, we had breakfast here. Beautiful location on river Bank, nicely maintained lawns, impressive river view, nearby river crossing on hanging lift, nice looking building, comfortable rooms, good seating arrangement on river level; BUT like other Swat hotels, the staff is highly unprofessional. Though they had a big iron plate (tawa) with omelates and paratha being cooked, but food served to us was cold. Once they "throw" food on your table, no ones turn back to you to ask if you need anything else. In short "oonchi dokaan, pheeka pakwaan" (all that glitters is not gold), at least as far as food and service are concerned.

Such a nice hotel in this erea on river side ..staff is very friendly and helpfull specially mr Zahir is such a wonderful person ...Food is amazing ..if u stay here pleas don't forgot to take evening chai before sunset...

Honestly I felt like this was the best hotel in the area because it was right on the riverside. (Unlike most of the other hotels which were across the road. They overlooked the river but they weren’t on the river) You wake up with a phenomenal, unobstructed view and they have a seating area on the river as well. Not to mention a lower platform where you can sit on a home made charpai type structure floating on the river. Staff was active, helpful and polite and the rooms had all the necessities. 10/10 would recommend.
