I got my bridal dress done from tabassum mughal the costumer service was on point they were so cooperative and professional they did beyond with what I was expecting. High recommend.❤️❤️

Worst experience ever. Ordered eight months before the valima day. Was super nice snd accommodating at the time she was taking the order. We visited her studio every day for two weeks before the event, she refused to speak to us and her staff kept assuring us the clothes will be ready. Finally one night before the Valima she admitted they were not ready ( over the phone ) and even refused to come meet us because she claimed that she was herself getting married in two weeks which means she can’t leave her home ( because she really seems like the sort who can’t leave her home ) but finds it perfectly ok to scam other people. She is an outright fraud.

Tabassum is THE BEST designer out there!!! She did a breathtaking job on all the dresses. The day i met her i knew i cant go wrong with her. She's so professional, fun and easy to work with. Absolutely loved working with her shes a beautiful person inside out. She suggesting ideas made things work out in my budget and gave me so much comfort since I would be away. I would 200% recommend her to anyone and everyone over other rude designers, you will not regret it!! Love you ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ God bless! :)

Absolute fraud. The first time she spoke on the phone when we were placing order. She made a wedding dress and gave us complete rag. Bad stitching bad customer service. Unprofessional There are so many ladies especially elderly lady who is complete unprofessional and unwelcoming. We placed the order and the design was finalized we paid half the payment. When we went to pick the dress is was a disaster. It was completely opposite to the sketch and bad stitching bad fabric. Complete fraud please beware. We did not do research she had many police cases like these in the past. When we did not pick the dress I saw one actor wearing my dress for one night. And when I went there if they altered it correctly it had sweat marks and used smell. I have proofs which I can post but I think review is enough.
