Although the area seems to be a bit sufasticated but the people are mediocres so the management needs to maintain some standard in order to be in the market. Otherwise the cash n carries will not let this shoping mall to be in context with them. They will simply swallow this shopping Mahal

From 2016 - till now pending pending. Slowest development every in the world. Also the owner promised to pay rent for Appartments buyer but he did not full fill.
