Good hotel in this low price. Very cooperative staff. My mother there stayed there during her radiot

Good hotel in this low price. Very cooperative staff. My mother there stayed there during her radiotherapy and they provided with basic commodities well. They have air-conditioning and it's bill is included in the daily rent you pay. But staff mostly speaks Pashto so it's a little difficult to make them understand what you want.
