Talib Shah is a local brand name for Desi Ghee(Traditional) cakes and tea. Talib Shah Hotel is probably one of the few first local tea and cake café established in early 1960s by Talib Shah uncle and sons. Their cakes are delicious in taste made with local aged Butter which is totally different from fresh Margarine with a intense flavor. Located at the entrance of Saddar Bazar and end point of Chinar Bagh Gilgit is a very busy point. The exact location is opposite Assistant commissioner and Tehsil office. Must visit place in Gilgit.
