Pathetic customer services the owner along with all the other employees are shown on customer friendly and it shows on your face even for the fact that the boss of this place It does not have the courtesy of decency to talk to customers in a human Manor. If the director or Boss of this shop it is not have the decency how can be employees have better ways of communication. I would recommend and suggest owner along with all the employees to take a course on public speaking so that we can have better ways of communication

Since schools have just opened in Karachi it is very much crowded. They need to engage more salesman

Since schools have just opened in Karachi it is very much crowded. They need to engage more salesman in peak season such as now. The salesman attitude is awesome but they seem over burdened. I came for course books and copies for my kid and it took at least 45 minutes to get out from the shop.
