I am a frequent visitor at Tavern Grill and a special fan of their Mushroom Sauce. Their previous management was so welcoming and even knew me and my friends quite well. However, today i had a terrible experience!! As always, i requested an extra serving of my favorite mushroom sauce, only to be refused so rudely and landing in an ugly argument with the manager and owner. When i told him i came specially for the sauce and would rather go someplace else for the food, the manager went as far as telling me I was free to do so! After that, the sauce that did arrive had a hair in it and the waiter replaced it. But then even the food had a hair in it as well (really, how much do those chef caps cost after all?!). When we called and showed the waiter, he brushed off our complaints (and the hair) saying no it was just "cheese thread" and when we showed him the picture that we had thankfully taken, he lied to our faces (despite evidence) that no it's not possible. I am deeply disappointed and outraged, equally at the food quality and more so, at the pathetic customer service! Tavern Grill just lost a group of one of their most loyal customers...

This place never disappoints me. Had their Chef's special in beef which came out sizzling hot with delicious aroma and taste. I ordered their Italian chicken, Chipotle chicken and mushroom chicken. All were very well presented and had the best taste. Among drinks blue mist is the evergreen flavour.

One of the few places in Karachi offering steaks with original flavor and taste. Their tarragon steak and Alfredo Pasta is love. Price is bit higher than usual ones but their name is a brand now steak prices starts from 800 to 1000 and Pasta from 800. Follow my Instagram to get more reviews. My Foodie Tummy Rate 4/5

An awesome place with a lot of room for accommodation. The lighting is cool. The service is amazing. The food, though a bit expensive, is reeaaallly good. The steaks are just perfect. The sidelines, sauces, veggies everything is just so delicious. A must visit place for steak lovers
