Some may say they have bad service, but with my experience I would say they have improved.

They don't even deserve one star! It took 7 days to get the order. We were told it was coming 3 different times and it finally showed up on the third day. You get a time frame of 4 hours, mine was 2-6. The third day I could only wait until 7:30 and had to leave. I honestly thought after waiting the two previous times that they were not coming at all. I then get a call at 9pm they're at my house. So I had to drop what I was doing to run home and accept the order. In total I wasted three nights waiting for this order. They have poor communication. They make one phone call, no text, no email (they claim they email but I can guarantee you they did not), nor do they send a message through your order. They close at 4pm so when your order doesn't show up at 6pm there is no one to call. The delivery man is not to blame he was kind and waited for me to get home. The problem is with the company. They clearly need more delivery men. I will never order again. By the time the order showed up (7 days later) I needed to shop again for things I was out of. One item was missing in my order and they told me on the last day that several of my items were out of stock and would be deleted from my order. Therefore you cannot trust what you order is actually in stock. I checked the next day and those items are still available to order. They should show out of stock. They had a few unique items that I wanted however I have since found them at other stores. Biggest mistake ever!

Poor customer service. Received the opposite of what I ordered I called them emailed them call them like 10 times NO RESPONSE ! Never ordering anything from tazamart or I should say faltumart ever again..

Few days back I ordered some goods, one of which was two packs of Mozzarella Cheese for Rs. 516 (258 each). They send me one and charged me for two against my bill. I called them, email them, but no response. Very poor response
