We need to understand that Kohat is not a city for tourists. Hence, there are not many guest houses

We need to understand that Kohat is not a city for tourists. Hence, there are not many guest houses, and no hotel I believe. That's why you don't see any guest house or hotel of by any major/well-known hospitality company. In such circumstances, The City Lodge appears to be a decent option. Cleanliness is not satisfactory. However, service is good. They were, surprisingly, punctual, and would listen to your issues and try to resolve them as much as they could. It is situated in a kind of posh locality of the city. Market is on a walking distance. You will find a decent Wi Fi service, and parking space as well.
