The Nishat Hotel lahore

My choice. I call it the best hotel in town. Nice rooms, smiling staff, continental foods and yes branded amenities. Temp control indoor swimming pool. Rooms are equipped with touch screen switches. Security is good and you are at the heart of lahore night life.

Nishat is also one of great place to visit. You can have safe and comfortable stay there but if u r not staying and just want to eat then u can taste different things. I love its club sandwich and fish.

Very modern design, fully automated rooms, excellent rooms, very neat and clean. The best thing is that it is attched to a big mall, the emporium. So you can enjoy the shopping and a variety of food in the food court of mall. The hotel design is not conventional, it is entirely different. Rooms are spacious and equipped with very latest accessories. The food is also very excellent. The board and meeting rooms are very spacious and equipped. Rates are little bit higher but facilities are good. The staff is not trained and lot of improvement is required in service delivery, the reason may be that they are new in hotel business.the lifts needs to be made more efficient as a lot of time is consumed to wait for the lift arrivals.

Excellent location, close to everything in Lahore, also great rooms (I loved the lighting, very romantic for a couple), the breakfast was nice and the bed was so comfortable and enveloping it's like sleeping on a cloud. The staff was also really welcoming and I want to thank and appreciate the parking valet staff for bringing my car back to me in the middle of the night, from the 3rd basement parking, after I realized I had left an important bag in the car. Highly appreciated. The gym had brand new equipment and the pool water was warm and nice. The reason I am not giving a 5 star review is because there are some important details that should be handled properly in a self-proclaimed 5-star hotel. First, the window was covered in pigeon droppings, which is structural, due to the way the building was made. It's not the fault of the staff, they simply can't clean it. But that doesn't make a pleasant view. Also, for me, a 5-star hotel should have a shower door that closes properly and doesn't remain ajar while you shower, a toilet seat that's not misaligned (not exactly broken, but on its way there) and definitely better toilet paper. The toiletries were really nice though, with Co-Natural organic products that smelled really good.

Ambience.. best interior design... Front desk very cooperative.. breakfast menu is wonderful... Food quality is awesome and tasty. . Overall best stay with nishat... Price are some high.... Must visit again

The most humble and compassionate staff that made our magical night even more magical. Really appreciated the staffs willingness to accommodate our needs. Definitely will be visiting again in the near future!
