The Residency Hotel lahore

The work on the lift is ongoing, which is a hassle if you get a room in the upper floors. The food is good. Best part is that they also serve steam vegetables and options for health conscious people. If you need to get your clothes ironed make sure you give them way ahead of schedule as they dont give it timely, sometimes. Rest of the stay was good.

Positive - - Clean, big rooms, courteous staff. Negative - - Very hidden secluded neighbourhood not close to any city attractions, had to request for ironing board, iron, blow dryer, no extra toilet paper or bath towels in the bathroom. Elevator NOT working

Great stay and service. Quiet area good for rest. Prompt courteous front desk. Left my debit card in room and was collected and safely held until our pickup at front desk after 1 week to return back. Nice breakfast included. Ordered desi food late from room service was very tasty. Will return.

I stayed at the hotel for a business tour for a couple of days and their facility was incredible. The rooms were really good, they had a nice big pool and an amazing gym. The food was incredible both breakfast and the ala carte. Had a great time at the residency hotel. Highly recommend it!!

The staff was rude, the rooms were not cleaned, no information was given about breakfast timing, breakfast was finished by 10, had construction work going on from 8am and due to that we couldn’t sleep. The worst experience ever, the staff was not helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone with kids especially.
