Rooms are well maintained and spacious. But rest rooms have plumbing issues. The staff is a mix of friendly and lazy. They don't have a real menu. Best you can expect at breakfast are eggs (any style), toast with jam and butter, tea and a poor excuse for coffee.

The location is convenient as it is just in front of F 10 Markaz. The rooms are good. but the services is not. They do not have their own kitchen or laundry, that makes things difficult.

Top location and best services with extreme privacy this guest house is available for stay even on short notice . Alhamdulilah had the best time in their deluxe room . It felt like being in own home . Exclusive and executive ambiance and sleek and stylish interior. Im posting one pic from the room window to have some idea :)
