I went to their for photography of my frozen Shoulder, I was not any idea how they treat and exercis

I went to their for photography of my frozen Shoulder, I was not any idea how they treat and exercise, I payed 200 Rs. Fee, after meet with doctor he said me you will batter in your one day exercise, I was Question in my mind, how it is possible without medicine, doctor tested my frozen Shoulder how much is frozen then he start with Ultra laser light, after with another equipment and also started heating my frozen Shoulder, continue he asking me, are you feeling comfortable with heating, then after hearing my shoulder he started exercise like it his personal matters to solve my frozen Shoulder problem and continue asking and motivated me you will feel batter then before, he give me a long time and I requested to the doctor exercise for today is enough, he asked me are you sure, I said yes, then he give me one Brochure of exercise for home repeat it again, after reaching at my home, 2 hours I take bed rest and awake up I tried to move my frozen shoulder, Alhamdulila, I was very happy it was batter then before. And my heart goes out to the doctor, because I didn't know what physiotherapy was. Many thanks
