i bought kurta in this ramzan from thredz for first time but really dissappointed when after wearing

i bought kurta in this ramzan from thredz for first time but really dissappointed when after wearing two times and washed once the kurta loose the shape and looks like a very old one. then last week i bought shoes for my son from thredz hasan square in 50/ sale. after wear once the sheos cut in to piece next days i went to thredx and complain them about this but they refused to entertain my complain and said the sale items have no guaranttee and we will not return it back. what the hell thredz doing with the customer?
