The worst Toyota dealer. The management is too arrogant. They do not know how to treat customers. Do not leave ur things in cars as they stole my key chain. Till Dentor area the key chain is with car but when investigate further it’s gone.

PLEASE DONT LEAVE YOUR CAR ALONE AT SERVICE. THEY STOLE MY A/C FILTER OUT OF MY 2017 TOYOTA FORTUNER AND MADE ME BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR 13K. THE VEHICLE HAS NEVER BEEN ANYWHERE ELSE FOR SERVICE. THE A/C FILTER IS LOCATED INSIDE THE GLOVE BOX DEPARTMENT. MY A/C FILTER SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN MISSING AT THE FIRST PLACE, THE MECHANICS AT FAISLABAD TOYOTA ARE ONE OF THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE DISCOVERD.

The best car workshop under toyota dealer ship have a good body & paint shop but reagarding mecahnical work shop labour and parts are so costly. The concusion is that spare parts are 2 times costlier than local market. If some one put its own parts during repair then worshop give a notice that they are not responsible for anynthing.70% of the work load belongs to insurance companies refered jobs.
