I got delivery from Toyota highway my experience was ok staff was good & friendly but one thing i noticed they impose their choices to the customer & also insist you to get add on accessories for your vehicle on higher price. (what i have observed). Overall it was okie kinda experience.

It was fine. They resolves my issue eith in stipulated time.

A very nice and reliable place to buy or sell your car. Along with they offer variety of maintenance package as you know, Toyota knows Toyota better.

Very bad service,I drove my Vigo v6 there for maintenance because I was having gear shifting problem and after 3 days they said to me that it has to be changed but we don't have a new shifter available right now,you would have to import it from Japan,then they gave me the receipt of 26000rs. Well,one day later I went there again and told them,what have done to my vehicle,its engine noise is changed, they did there general chekup for 6000 and told me that your vehicles 4*4 is also stuck but don't worry we can easily repair it and the cost of repairing is around 9000,but i declined and demanded to give my vehicle back because you people r cheaters and fraudsters nothing more........

I liked the hospitality of sales manage who was really a nice and very cooperative lady. Varieties of options of both zero meter and Toyota Car first (used car).

Not a good company for the mentinance of your Car Staff behavior not helping and very Rood behavior with the customer Setting arrangement very good But no hotel are foood point nearest

Good place, but they need to do things in default rather than the customer input, i had an average experience of first service at 1000km, as said by the staff all nuts and bolts will be checked and free wash of car but unfortunately the bolts of all seats were lose even i said them to tight them up, there was little noise from left door but no action taken yes the wash quality was satisfactory. No road test was taken to check the noises inside the cabin. I would have given 2 stars for services offered but due to nice and clean place inside i have given 3 stars. They need to improve.

Excellently managed by Mr. Shujaat Sherwani, he is undoubtedly a dynamic and a very intelligent business man. He has hired an efficient team who knows how to deal with a variety of customers. I always wish them all the best 👍 In addition to the car business, Mr. Sherwani is also engaged in tree 🎄 plantation in the city. I strongly recommend my circle to pay a visit there if they are interested in buying new or a certified used vehicle. On the other hand, their maintenance service and up gradation charges are high, they should lower their accessories cost.
