Today i changed cvt oil from toyota mardan of my car toyota vitz 2015, the staff was cooperative and well mannered everything was fine but apart from that They had no idea about the proper procedure of cvt oil change (temperature method) They just put a whole 4 litres can into my cars transmission. I told them how cvt oil expands with temperature and changing cvt oil is dependent on temperature of the oil+engine, the mechanic was cooperative but the snr service manager probably named tahir shah was claiming that they have changed soo many cvt oils and its not a problem at all dont worry bla bla bla and was not listening to me, i did what i had to do but if i would have left it on them, they clearly overfill my transmission which could cause problems in the long run. This was my over all experience with them. Ps. They are stupidly expensive!
