Now they won't let you in the work shop.. 16-5-2018. Got my prius back bumper painted by them. They did a poor job. No quality control. A local market paint shop could have done much better. Not going there any more.

Staff has little time for customers. More important to chat among themselves than to attend to customers. Overstaffed with unqualified personnel who derive great satisfaction when they ignore the customers. Stopped sending feedback queries. Staff considers customers stupid leading to blunders. Seniors not well trained either.
