In waiting room no tea or water is offered to clients. Service managers gloomy faced and discourteous. Do not pay compliments and exchange pleasantries. Never bother to say thanks after getting an exorbitant bill paid. Prices of spares skyrocket. Must give intensive customer value training to staff. Courtesy and mannerism. Pathetic.

Any company can provide hardware and software but not the human commitment. The team here thinks I am more their's customer than Toyota Walton; resulting that I get the best service. I am surprised that after visiting only four times in 2 years here a few of the staff members remembered my name even.

The building is good but the location is not suitable for ferrying new vehicles. A plethora of staff can be seen there but the customer service is very poor. They also charge exorbitant rates for services including registration of vehicles etc. Customers are advised to have a comparative analysis of different dealerships regarding delivery times and service charges etc before ordering a vehicle.
