Poor and uneducated staff, usually used spare parts are purchased from market and installed. Fault diagnosis capability is pathetic. They keep on replacing spares until the actual fault is removed from the screen automagically.

Pathetic customer handling services that any Toyota center can offer. They are least concerned about the customer comfort. The only experience that i had is they enjoy almost 2 hours of break for lunch against the authorised 1 hour break, least bothered to waste the time of customers. General courtesy is also something which lags in here.
