Totally disgusting, unprofessional staff including the manager. They all are not competent about their job, lack of decision making and seems like they all are trainee and fresh people. I'm living abroad and unfortunately visited the branch to open my account and since 3 months I'm stuck with these people. The head office needs to revisit their staff hiring specially @ abbottabad main branch. They're totally unaware about her job and wasting the time of costumers. I wish the corporate will revisit the hiring or they should arrange trainings for them. Will never recommend.

Since last ten days I visiting there to open new account, the staff is not interested to open my account. The reason is best known to them. Still holding my documents. Their contact number is unattended. The staff is not competent in taking decision or not interested with their job. They just appears with bureaucratic attitude.

Actually, the branch needs a lot of improvement related to operations and customer services. 1. Lack of coordination between departments. 2. Website not updated. Branch list show City: Islamabad, Address: Somewhere in Abbottabad and the Phone number: Sargodha. Funny 3. Staff behavior is aggressive. 4. The counter is not working. 5. Queuing machine is not in order. 6. The frequent answer is the system is down. 7. And at last but not least employee slow response.
