3rd class staaf very unproffeshional persons is setting over there. Very bed experince. Ma khta hu koi b wahan visit krny b na jahy. Worst branch g8 markaz.
My personal experience was very nice , all staff members are cooperative and humble . Cash was short in the bank , bank manager handle issue nicely and arrange cash as soon as they can, half hour. G- 8 Ubl branch is the best branch in area . In covid 19 they managed all safety measures and strictly implemented social distance protocols. Very neat and tidy environment in the branch. When you visit this branch you have to wear face and sanitize your hand before entering in the bank then you must collect token from wending machine and wait for your turn. Comfortable seats are arranged in large waiting area for maintaining social distancing.
Pathetic staff with 0 dedication to work specially female staff they just take all for granted as if they are doing a favour for free to someone i opened my account and their Internet was not working asking each other for mobile hotspot and stuff and after opening account they don't even listen to your problem worst bank staff ever come through just sitting and using their mobile or having chat with each other 😡
Very slow staff. Unhelpfull
Like the poor service of Ubl overall . Again poor management at the bank. No token system have to wait in long queues for hours before your turn - what is this 1920s ? Inefficient staff and not all counters work.
