very bad service and illiterate staff they have in the bank. on thursday i send money for my family and they need on urgent base but since last three days my brother is coming to collect but there is one stupid lady sitting in counter no-4 she always saying that there is no money. Same thing they have done five month back then i call to the bank and spoken with Mr. Shafqat i think branch manager, very helpful & kind person, he solved the problem. But this lady even she refused to talk on the phone and i was in exchange at dubai from where i send money to pakistan. I try to call on bank no more than ten time but nobody answer. I will suggest to bank branch manager please take out such idiot staff from your team. Shame on you branch staff. shame shame shame. why she refused to talk with Exchange staff. please don't send money to specially this branch and i come to know that this is the head office.

I have been here for Internet wiz card but every time its unavailable. Just call the bank before you go. Overall the service is good but not as good as it should be.
