UK Visa Application Centre rawalpindi

I had a nice experience of visiting this center to apply for visit visa. The staff is cooperative and courteous.

Located on congested area of Karachi company.. Parking mostly not available. But inside services are excellent.

Services are good and satisfactory.but problem is that most of visa applications are rejected. Sometime some docs are also missed. So must make a photocopy before going to apply

Good but the reply & contact is the worst as there local number doesn't work invalid! & the email they say will reply in a 24 hr time but it is my 3rd day no reply as i m waiting to collect my passport

They have good staff, however they are only there to submit and hand back documents. No other information can be given by them as they do not know. New employees however are not up to the mark. Parking is very limited in front of the UKVAC. They do not have number or emails which can be called, basically it's a courier service.

VAC security top notch. I applied for my children’s British passports as well as a replacement for me. The man at the VAC namely naqash was a good brother. He went out of his way to quickly go thru my paperwork. It’s a real nightmare in the summertime of Pakistan due to the mad heat, but overall very good service and the brothers that work there definitely go out of there way. LR.

I had to submit my passport for a visa to Canada. Very efficient system. It took 15 minutes total. Cell phones not allowed in the building.

Worst customer service. Worst attitude by staff. Really pathetic service.
