dentistry is about discipline, it’s about minute details and perfection and most important of all is courtesy, ethics and dedication. I am or should I say a repeat customer of the facility. Dr Ulfat, passed me on to her junior Dr Ayesha, who did a fair job on my root canal. I will give credit where it is due but there were some irregularities which is a norm in dental procedures but the dentistry lacks “discipline, courtesy and ethics” overall. Not once , but several times they did not honor their appointment schedule , I was late once and I was in complete contact with Dr Ayesha updating her of my ETA and even asked to reschedule if I have missed my time slot which I did. The thing is that one has an approach on how to handle its patients. Today on 17sep my appointment was at 7:45 , after waiting for 45mins , when Dr Ulfat finally pops out - I inform him that you are late and I am leaving I can’t have my procedure done and I am letting you know of my grievance, his response is “jazak-Allah” - he did not have the audacity to apologize for their incompetence to attempt patients on time or at least keep the patients in the loop. It’s the lack of customer service culture in our country that encourages such actions , he is least bothered if a Patient is leaving unsatisfied because he will always have his slots full.
