UBL is one of the best bank, 5 years back. But now one of the worst bank in Pakistan. The problem is they appoint the people, who don't know about anything banking and how to deal with customers. They don't have anything to update. Their systems are not to update. Especially peshawar branch. And especially they big building which is located near PDA. We have a locker in this branch last 6 years, whenever we operate our locker in the end we signed to in/out. Last week my family went there for use locker,the new staff they said we don't have any record about this is mine and I have the key as well. Infact account record not good either. Not a good banking staff and not a good bank or trustworthy to invest money in this bank.
