Pathetic customer care service. I bought a sealed carton of 10 Nimko from them. Once I opened at home, they were 9. I called them immediately and showed them a video proof too. But instead, they blamed me that I am telling lie. They misbehaved with me a lot. Simply poor and disgusting attitude.
