When it's time of the Classes Off round about 1 pm and 6 pm all the carry/rickshaw drivers sit there

When it's time of the Classes Off round about 1 pm and 6 pm all the carry/rickshaw drivers sit there to wait for the students they are waiting for. This place has some benches where sometimes beggars are sitting to eat. A roof to protect from Sun or rain. There is a little grass and some plants around the area. It is named as bus stop but it doesn't function as a bus stop.....As no Buses Stop there.
