Poor management at almost all locations. New place at Gulberg was not able to handle the crowdy customers Avenue Mall outlet does not have staff with mask, sanitizer bottle is empty. DHA staff / helpers are not cooperative. How do you call it international brand?

Hello i want to exchange my shoe size that i bought on last friday but the cashier of unze from where i bought that shoe did not exchange my shoe and said you use this shoe outside the house that ridiculous of your service . I wear that shoes in the house to chck my comfortnce and i feel that size is too short for my foot anyhow that is very bad expriance i have from the unze store i definatly not buying any shoe from your store thank yu .

It's not what it looks like, shoe sole is really uncomfortable that my feet start aching after wearing shoe for sometime. Extremely not recommend, comfort is the first and foremost thing which is not there.
