Yet confused. Recommendations are for dr Rizwan Uppal and thus after 2017, once again took our parents to him for consultation about Asthama, Sugar, BP, Cholesterol and Cough. Alongside allopathy medicines already been taken, dr Rizwan suggested his HOMEOPATHY MEDICINES 💊. No doubt its a crowded clinic like many others. But since they are related to IDCs Islamabad Diagnostic Centres in Pindi and Islamabad, operations management is expected at that level at least based on current experiences from that setup being run successfully. However, a lot of improvements are required in operations. There is no excuse, that all doctors are same. Uppals are known due to IDCs among top best operations management set ups. Worst experience ever. Got the appointment for 3:45 pm, reached at 3’ o clock. Waiting for more than 2 hrs. Upon querying multiple times, they are asking to wait. As per them, Doc gets tired after 2 pm and for that patients have to wait for hours. If they cannot handle the appointments then better not to even give appointments. As per the staff, “Yeh foreign nhn hai, jo yahan appointment k time py hi ap ko deal kiya jaye”, then why do they have appointments like foreign??? Just have “parchi” system like in gov hospitals that would serve patients on first come first serve basis and upon mood of the doctor. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I had very good experience with Dr. Rizwan Uppal, he listens and guide you properly.

My family has been visiting Dr Rizwan Uppal since the last two years for various health issues and are extremely satisfied with his treatment. He is a highly knowledgeable doctor. He easily figures out the problem within 5 minutes. The best part is he uses both homeopathy and alopathy as a treatment method. He is available on Monday, Thursdays and Saturdays. You will have to take an appointment beforehand preferably a day before, but keep in mind it's always alwayyyys crowded! There are soo so soo many patients so be ready to wait a good while before your turn comes. And his treatment is a bit on the pricey side, for two weeks worth of medicine be ready to invest 5k (including medicines) and he will ask you to visit frequently until you are completely satisfied and the problem is treated. For the homeopathy medicine, you will be able to get the medicine from the clinic counter after your consultation. The clinic is in F-7, it has other doctors aswell all from the same family but for me personally Dr Rizwan Uppal is the best one. And I always think homeopathy treatment is better and a side-effect free option of treatment. I have read many mixed reviews about uppals clinic but I personally had a very good experience so I would rate it 4/5 (1 star less because of the crowd and waiting time)
