Pathetic service by incompetent management. I got my car washed yesterday and came back with scratches all over my 2017 pearl black Honda civic. The reason I know my car was scratchless before I gave it for a wash is because I had recently installed glass coating on my car which is done after fine detailing. The owner of the place, instead of accepting his mistake, was of the opinion that my car had scratches before it came to their facility. Root cause of the problem is the fact that Rockies are working carelessly on multiple cars stationed very close to each other. I had to literally ask the labor multiple times that he needs to be careful. You can guess the incompetence of these guy by simply looking at how they work. Same cloth that is used for the lower portion of your car is used at the upper portion. If you love your ride, avoid going there. What I went through was a painful experience that you don't want to go through. And about the machine they are so proud of... It's nothing more than a set of mist nozzles that can dispense water and foam at the same time. Once the foam is sprayed.. Same Rockies get on to your car with dirty microfiber cloth and do their magic.

Giving 03 stars is my support for young boys who have started this business, and i wish them best of luck. I started going their few months back and i was one of the driver who washed his car on very first 03 days of opening. Not giving more than 03 stars, cause here in Islamabad usually people keep their cars clean and they believe in quality of work cause they are ready to spend. But even spending they wont get the quality of work they just dont bother going back to the same place. These young chaps needs to learn managing their clientele as well as their staff. I have noticed multiple times they usually try to get over things and infront of the customer shout at the staff and force them to leave one car which is hardly done and go to the new car. I ignored it several times and today i paid them the money without cleaning my car interior and decided not to go their again. Management and business ethics they need to learn big time. Best wishes from my side and no hard feelings. Person learn from mistakes.
