Went for a haircut and was told the waiting time would be 40-50 minutes. I waited 90 minutes and yet had no prospects for my turn. 5 clients came in after me and were given their turns asap. If you cant accomodate clients then atleast have decency to say No. Clearly you have enough clients to make money, maybe its time you guys also learn how to respect a client above making money.

Used to be my favourite place but the standard has dropped, I was very disappointed by the facials I have had in about 5 to 6 visits, the staff is not good and are inexperienced, I am regular there have been going since 2013, was not satisfied with the services there.
