Best, no encroachment so far, very much greenery, the silence here make me feel the old and true nature of this city, a very huge and amazing park. If you want to enjoy your evenings and mornings in the surrounding of some great scenery this is the place to come to.

Good place to let go all week long worries, One can walk, do jogging, cycling, aerobics and also play indoor games openly such as badminton and tennis. Cons: poor or no lights at night, no security cams installed, police and cricketers destroying green parts by riding bikes and playing respectively on it.
