They deal in different kinds of electric & gas appliances (Washing Machine, Geyser, Room Cooler, Water Dispenser, Fans, Stove & Gas heater etc. At buying time their staff will assure you that item you are buying is with one year warranty. When you will ask for warranty card they will reply the bill slip we provided you is warranty/guaranty card. If your item have a problem within one year just bring item, show us the slip & you have a new one but when you got a problem with your appliance you will watch their real ugly face. Same happened with me. I bought a Gas stove (With Electric Circuit) of National Brand on 5 March, 2022. Yesterday when we on its button, a spark like burner started beneath the button also. Today I carried it to Wajahat Electronics G 9. Islamabad & claimed for its warranty. The person from which I bought stove was not their & I met an arrogant & rude old man who told me a crafted story that warranty of such appliances is for leakage of gas only not for electric circuit & your stove’s electric circuit is shot & National company give us no warranty of these china circuits. Moreover you must have dropped water on your stove. If you want a repair then we will do it for you costing your Rs.500. I showed him bill slip & asked that their is no such condition mentioned here that in a single item warranty will be for certain parts only. He refused my arguments rudely & told me if you want to repair then leave it here otherwise carry it back. Conclusion is that they are big frauds & liars in terms of warranty / guaranty which they offer to their customers.
