Moreover, salesmen do not easily attend to the customers, and they are always busy...
Pharmacist Fakhir argues with you to buy the same medicine which he is offering and feels very offended and misbehaves, if you disagree with him and you say that you would buy only the same medicine which your doctor has recommended.
Being pharmacist does not mean that you are good at customer services and public dealings as well.
No customer can tolerate such an unprofessional and uncivilized behavior, that's why I have quit visiting this pharmacy and I prefer visiting D.Watson and Saleha's pharmacy.

Once, I wanted to buy a medicine manufactured by a multinational company that was not available at Walton Pharmacy, Fakhir offered an equivalent medicine manufactured by some Chinese company, which had no expiration date printed on the tablet strips; which I refused to buy as my doctor had strictly advised me not to buy any Chinese company manufactured medicine, Fakhir felt infuriated and argued with me that being Pharmacist, he knows better than a doctor. This led to an unnecessary diatribe, and based on such issues I decided never to visit that Pharmacy again...
It also shows that Pakistan Drug Regulatory Authority is just as useless and good-for-nothing institution like State Bank, SNGPL and other such bribery-governed Govt, institutions, which gives a damn to stop and ban supply of such medicines, which are substandard and are sold without printing of expiration dates on tablet strips...
