After a long time, wasabi dha finally matched its gulberg counterpart. Everything was top notch. Food recommendations: Lotus logs is the first thing to order If you like benedict then wasabi offers the best hollandaise sauce and eggs are perfectly poached, not to be missed. Banofee pancakes are another not to be missed item if you like pancakes. Mexican omelette is pretty nice, different than your regular omelettes available at other places.

4/ 5

I’ve been going to Wasabi forever now and have just about tried almost everything on their menu. Love the ambiance, staff is super courteous. Their sushi has always been my go to. 9/10 🍤 Dynamite shrimp: these are my absolute favourite! Can’t remember a time where I visited and didn’t have them. 10/10 🍲 Miso soup: found it to be a bit lack lustre and bland. 5/10 🥟 Gyoza dumplings: were disappointing as they weren’t crispy on the bottom and the filling tasted very basic. The spice profile was more Pakistani than Japanese. 6/10 🍜 Chicken Miso Ramen: it was delicious but I feel like the broth really lacked depth of flavour and better quality noodles could have been used. Everything else was spot on. 7/10 🥩 Beef Udon Noodles: pretty decent and they really pack and rich flavour/punch. Beef was well cooked and not chewy so that’s a plus. 8/10 🍣 Sushi Recommendations Salmon California Wasabi Explosion Rainbow Roll Tempura Dragon Roll (My Go to) Assorted Nigiri

I order from the one in Y block DHA and it is the same if not better than international standards. Solely because the sushi rolls have taste and the roll combinations make sense. A lot of restaurants make the most bizarre ingredient combinations like adding cream cheese which makes no sense if your going to dip it in soy sauce. The only criticism I have with the menu is that it doesn't describe the ingredients in the rolls like it did on Food Panda. I did have a weird roll last time I made a big order and I'm going to find it once I have the time to ask about it. By the way anyone who says it's expensive is right but it's also right on the money where you pay and move on till next time it's time for your wallet to scream.😂

Great sushi, freshly served. The California Dream platter is really special. So is the gyoza.
