I recent change my Travel agent and meet Western travel. I am frequent traveller. Since last 1 and half year me and my company doing business with Western Travel so far great experience with them. Even call in the midnight for urgent travel always got quick response. Keep up the Good work.

UAE Trip 19Mar - 26Mar2017 As per advise of Mr Imran Saqib we make plan for 3nights Dubai (Welcome Hotel ApT, 2night Ras al Khaima ( Ras al Khaima Hotel) and 2nights in Sharjah Golden Tulip. Very quick in UAE visa. on His advise we taken HOP on Hop Off 48hrs which was great experience. i went many times UAE but this time it was unique experience to visit three cities. Ras al Khaima Beach was very beautiful and very safe especially for KIDS. Ras AL Khiama and Sharjah Hotels were near Cornish Kids enjoy cycling @ Cornish side. only got hassel at Dubai Airport on the way back our one bag was 23.8kg total allowance was 23kg x2 each mean total 6pax 276Kg and we have 127kg total but check in lady refuse to take 23.8kg bag ask for excess baggage or reduce 0.8kg. Emirates Always very strick on baggage policy. little weird to open bag in front of others and just to take one shirt out. Anyway overall always very nice experience with Western Travel. My great wishes always with them.

My second experience with Western Travel Services my Last trip in Dec2016 with my 3 best friends went to Langkawi , Kuala Impure and Singapore 3nights in each city. Ticket & Hotel was booked by Mr Imran Saqib which was superb as discuss with him that we have limited budget he booked us on Malindo Air which was great experience with this New airline in Pakistan. inflght services was great, food was everage & Wifi(chargeable) available. We enjoy this trip. I definite recommend this travel agency they always care.

I went to Umrah with them two weeks ago. on arrival at jeddah airport had to wait 5hrs with two small kids for transfer to hotel. Than the Bus dropped us off near the haram and told us to catch taxi to hotel 5am in the morning. On arrival at the hotel we got double room instead of quad. On arrival to madina hotel they did not have any booking record and we had to wait long time b4 their representative arrived with our room keys. On our return journey from makkah we were asked to leave hotel at 2am for 11am flight. Which we refused so they told us to go by taxi and pay your own fair. When I complained to sohail WT agent over the phone he was abusive beyond imagination. They also charged me 6000rupees etc after confirming the cost. My view they are completely money minded and lack experience in giving advice to people.
