Not as good as international hospital facilities in Abbottabad but still in countries like us, where

Not as good as international hospital facilities in Abbottabad but still in countries like us, where corruption is almost everywhere, such hospital is a good place for many people who are suffering because of poverty. Government should update facilities and must keep maintenance up. As far i couldn't see proper Covid precaution measurements in hospital, if government can't implement it here, then how can they implement precautions in public?
