World Gym islamabad

I am sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with World Gym. The facilities are great and so is the ambiance. However, my silver trainer Faisal completely wasted my time. I hired him for 4 months to help bulk up. He recommended I buy more than Rs.80,000 worth of supplements and at the end of the these three months I have not seen a centimeter increase in either the chest or shoulder. DO NOT HIRE THE TRAINERS!!! Update: I think they lost the franchise agreement with World Gym so they had to change the name. Not surprised. Why can't Shapes come to Islamabad?

Though it can’t beat the my best rated gym in Isb i.e. Executive Club, but it’s a not so distant second when it comes to facilities. The treadmill view is great in daylight just bit blocked by high-rise buildings in E-11. Now for the part that makes this Gym lose 5 star rating: Staff isn’t trained much on courtesy level. Very limited options for Abs workout. Internet is terrible & unreliable esp. when you need it for songs while at treadmill (I suspect staff is using it to their advantage & you have to ask them to get it work... they make a very annoyed face on this request mostly). Shower towels really have a bad smell, Shower heads are terribly dirty, They need a separate Change room in there too.

Vostro World located in F-11 Markaz Isb. And its one of the best place in town for exercise.Good atmosphere and unique place for you.

Its a good experience only issues is equipment...e.g for plain barbell chest press there is only one bench same for decline and incline etc

Be here.... its amazing. Experience the best luxurious here. Trainers and fitness equipment is well versed. Found best place to shape the body.

It was wounder full environment I fell best caring place in town where you can learn and develop your self quick and best team there to guide you for daily basic need one more to add very healthy and best food which make me wow after eat

Bhaiii kamal it was an amazing gym with beautiful infrastructure and great fitness trainers.

Excellent gym but quite an expensive place for a family to join. There should have been family econo packages to cater for locals needs. But seem like, the whole concept was developed to accommodate singles only. No relaxation to a group of family members as such. Trainers are good but quite an expensive one as compared to others. There are no ladies timings specified for those who normally would like to have privacy from men. Which is quite a surprise. Anyhow, majboori ka nam shukriya 🙏
