Its really good, you get enough machines here to workout and instructors to guide you. There is also swimming pool for adults and children here. But it's more expensive than shapes, and that's expensive...

Great facility. Conveniently located in the heart of Garden Town. Equipment is in excellent condition, including a wide range of cardio and weight training machines. A trainer/ coach is also available free of cost. Facility also provides swimming pool membership (separate from gym membership). Pool length is approximately 15-20 meters and maximum depth is 6-6.5 feet. Pool water is very clean. Summer season especially school holidays attracts a lot of rush in the evenings. Separate timings for women (10am to 5pm)

Gym with all basic equipments. Staff is very helpful and trainers have very gold knowledge of their expertises. Overall good place to get in shape
