Make sure that you know your numbers, models, and have all information about the product you want to buy before going into the shop because they tried to sell an older model of laptop for a much higher price. Also, they ruined my laptop when I gave it to them for a quick check by trying to repair something that was risky, not warning me of any risks involved, or asking for my permission. I've seen several other customers face problems. Overall, their customer service is poor, and is apparent when dealing with them for a longer period of time.

Selling old models of harddisks on the price of newer ones. When pointed out, they simple negated my information and said that the ones they are selling are newer ones, until I showed them the year of manufacture printed on their drives. Then they started making excuses but I left the shop. Won't recommend.

Great supply and support store for all desktop and laptop requirements. The prices are extremely low and I suspect that all the other local stores just buy from them a d add their margins on top. For instance, a 2 TB passport drive quoted by my regular computer shop at 13000 rupees plus was available at 10,500. I suggest that a "first opinion" should always be taken from here to know the true 'market price' before going anywhere else.

I purchased a gaming laptop for my friend! They gave it at very accurate rate. They are best to buy from. Moreover i encountered some bugs in the laptop later and they were super helpful in the case. Definitely recommend!
