Zaffar park is a beautiful place in the heart of Mansehra. The grass is very special to walk on barefooted. I used to take my children there and they run after each other while playing. I request the parents bringing their children to the part to teach manners while staying in the part and not plucking flowers or damaging plants or other belongings of the park.
