I had to get my derma facial,hair colour and cut...but unfortunately my experience didn't go good...

I had to get my derma facial,hair colour and cut...but unfortunately my experience didn't go good...as first they made me wait, though I got appointment before visit..then the lady who did my facial for derma treatment used all of the local and cheap market products and after that she used dermalogica sunscreen lotion..and named the whole facial 'derma facial'..and charged me 7000 but the price was 2000...when it came to hair colouring and cut...the stylists were so busy with other clients and didn't do my color correct...applied again...neither I will recommend that salon ever to anyone not I ll go myself...
