Not a railway station but a Zong customer service centr located next to the railway station. We got

Not a railway station but a Zong customer service centr located next to the railway station. We got our tourist SIM card (2500 rupees) and topped up with 15gb for 1000 rupees. The lady spoke good English and for our simcard in about half hour.
